CIVILIAN is happy to process returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition, in original boxes and not used, Magazines and subscriptions are not returnable. 

Before returning your order, please email civilian@myepkmedia.com to receive a return authorization. All goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them being sold as new. Please include all original tags and packaging with return. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

All discounted items are final sale.
